Newquay Hoardings by Newquay Safe
A lot of young people of Newquay understand that their town is seen by the rest of the country as a very happening and dynamic place when it comes to surfing and clubbing. There's nothing wrong with having fun but sometimes the actual town gets trampled over and forgotten about in the clammer for the good times. A group of young people supported by Newquay Safe and RiO wanted to stand up for their home and get themselves heard. The result; a series of hoardings stunningly designed and decorated by these young creative activists. We're not talking about any old mural of a sunflower here, this work is genuinely groovy.
