Women survivors of domestic violence developed ideas at their weekly rag rug making get-together in order to make an animation film that openly expressed their experiences. Using delightful rag rug dolls and props, the film is funny, touching, brave and life affirming.
Tori Cannell is an actor and devisor primarily working with young people
Lizzie Black edited the film and is a maker, devisor and animator
Ruth Wall provided composed the music and is a harpist of international reputation
Penzance Women’s Aid offers advice, support and protection to vulnerable women.
